The process consists of yarn selection (YFII, Fibrilated, Nature's 3rd Generation, or Thilon) then pile height determination, and finally stitch gauge & stitch rate. Our artificial sports turf grasses are manufactured in an ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified enviroment by a FIFA licensed organization. Artificial sports turf products are available in 6mm (1/4") to 70mm (2.75") pile heights and in tufting gauges from 5/32" to 3/4". We can produce sports turfs with a double layer or triple layer primary backing and with polyurethane or latex secondary backings. In short, Purchase Green is capable of producing synthetic sports turf products to meet virtually any specification and target price range. Our products are offered in basic to premier grade yarns. The Nature's 3rd Generation - 40mm sports turf has been used in this specification on fields that have received a FIFA 2* rating.
